Cloudy? Green? Just curious? Fill any clean bottle from elbow depth and bring it to 28 Moorhouse Ave. We'll test it while you wait, then tell you exactly what to add, in plain English.
Fill a bottle
Any clean bottle, about a cup of water, taken from elbow depth away from the returns.
Bring it in
No appointment. Our bench runs a full 7-point test: chlorine, pH, alkalinity, hardness, stabiliser and more.
Leave with a plan
A printed, plain-English dosing sheet: what to add, how much, and in what order. Keep it on the fridge.
Getting a good sample
- Sample in the morning, before anyone swims and before the sun works on the chlorine.
- Take water from elbow depth. Surface water reads differently.
- Test within a couple of hours of sampling; warm car boots skew results.
- Bring your last dosing sheet if you have one. Trends beat snapshots.
- After heavy rain or a big pool party, test sooner rather than later.
