Estimates and quotes
Results from our pricing calculator are indicative only and are not a quote. A quote comes after we've seen your site, sets out what it covers, and is valid for 30 days.
Payment
All our prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Online shop orders are paid in full by card when you order, through our payment provider Stripe, at the prices shown including GST. In store, or by arrangement, you pay when you order with us. For pools, spas and installs, your quote sets out what is paid and when.
Consent and compliance
Where your quote includes building consent, we prepare and lodge the paperwork with your council. Pool fencing is checked at handover.
If something goes wrong
Give us a call first. Most things are quicker to sort over the phone than any other way, and we would genuinely rather hear about a problem than not. This is an invitation, not a restriction: it takes nothing away from your rights, including your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
