Ordering

Buy online and collect from the store or have it couriered, ask us about any product on its page, call 03 365 6414, or come in.

Delivery

We deliver throughout New Zealand by NZ Couriers. Courier delivery is a flat $23 an order, plus $18 when the order includes dangerous goods, and you see the total at checkout before you pay.

Bulky items

Heat pumps, spas, liners, pool kits and large items such as spa covers and ladders are quoted for freight individually, because we use different carriers for different regions. Online, they're for collection; ask us for a freight quote and you approve that cost before anything is sent.

Collect from the store

Collect from 28 Moorhouse Ave, Christchurch, at no charge. We're open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, and Saturday and Sunday 10am to 4pm. If you order online for collection, we'll be in touch when your order is ready; bring your order number.

Returns

We don't offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind, so if you're not sure something suits your pool or spa, ask us before you buy. This doesn't apply to anything faulty or not as described: see below.

Damaged or faulty

If something arrives damaged or turns out to be faulty, tell us as soon as you can, with a photo if possible, and we'll put it right. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act apply to everything we sell.

Hazardous goods (DG): Some pool and spa chemicals ship as dangerous goods, and the products we classify fall under DG Class 8 and Class 9. They travel under dangerous goods rules, so delivery options and times can differ from other products, and quantity limits apply to some. Check the product page and its Safety Data Sheet for what applies to a specific item.
